Do I need a passport or any travel documents?
Yes! Please verify your passport is currently active or if you need to renew/ apply for one, do that as soon as possible! If you need any help in that process don’t hesitate to ask us!
When do you recommend I book my stay?
We recommend you book it as soon as possible due to room availability. You will not be charged for your stay until 30 days out.
What does the promo code do?
When booking your room, you must enter the promo code that allows the resort to note you are included in our wedding group. This code gives you the special rate of 59% off the price of the stay! You must book your reservation directly through the resorts website, link on the home page!
Is there a minimum night requirement?
Yes, you must book a minimum of 3 nights on the resort.
How will I get to the resort from the airport?
The resort offers free private transportation to and from the airport per room booked. Once you have your flight information, we will acquire this and send it to the coordinator who will set up each personal transportation.
What is the difference between the finest and excellence club when booking?
When booking your room, please note that the “finest” suites are specific to those who may have children under 18 staying with them. The “excellence” club, is the adults only side of the resort, which is 18 plus only.
How do I book my stay?
Go to www.finestresorts.com
1. Find the booking section.
2. Select your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests, and add the promo code.
3. Click on “Check Availability”
4. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied”
5. In the comments box, please add the promo code.
6. Complete your booking, and that´s it.
7. Once the screen shows your booking is complete and an email is sent with a confirmation, if you scroll down, there will be an option to “choose your room”. This allows you to request where on the resort you’d like to stay, and will show you a virtual map. You can choose from what’s available, and it will send the resort your request to try and book you to that spot!

When is the latest I need to book my reservation?
Rooms must be booked outside of a 60 day window from the wedding date, December 5th. Rooms are not guaranteed, the longer you wait to book, the better chance of low to no availability there may be.

What if I need to modify or cancel my room booking?
In order to do so, pull up your confirmation invoice that would have been emailed and call the contact center:
